Executive Assistant to CEO – Kerem Health Location: Ocean County, NJ Job Type: Full-Time About Kerem Health Kerem Health is a growing healthcare organization dedicated to delivering clinical excellence and compassionate care across our skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO and help drive operational efficiency across the organization. Position Summary The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities, coordinating key initiatives, and ensuring effective communication across facilities, vendors, and corporate leadership.
The ideal candidate is professional, resourceful, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence Prepare professional communications, reports, presentations, and meeting materials Coordinate executive meetings, leadership calls, and board-related activities Track projects, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion Assist with contract management, vendor communications, and document organization Coordinate with facility administrators and department leaders on operational initiatives Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute action items Maintain confidential information with the highest level of discretion Support special projects, acquisitions, regulatory initiatives, and business development efforts Assist with event planning, conferences, and executive travel logistics Monitor deadlines and proactively identify priorities requiring executive attention Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Administrative Leadership experience Healthcare experience strongly preferred Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities Desired Traits Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong sense of urgency and accountability Professional and polished demeanor Self-starter who anticipates needs before they arise Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with executives, healthcare professionals, and external partners Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Professional development opportunities Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding healthcare organization Why Join Kerem Health?
