We’re partnering with a well-established, financial services organization in downtown Regina to hire an Executive Assistant . This is a key role supporting the President and organization with their administrative needs. This position is ideal for someone who is confident, highly organized, and thrives in a professional environment where they can take ownership and bring structure.
The role requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal direction. Duties: Calendar management Coordinate meetings including logistics/catering needs Prepare documents and correspondence Order office supplies and equipment Provide administrative support to the team as needed 5+ years of senior level admin experience Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong attention to detail Highly organized Proactive, can work independently and within a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
