Job Description
Support the Executive Director and Chief Scientific Officer at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) as an Executive Assistant. This role emphasizes organizational and AI tool skills in a high-impact research environment. The Executive Assistant will play a significant role in managing executive priorities, demonstrating discretion and autonomy.
The position requires excellent communication skills in both French and English, with a focus on fostering effective relationships across diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing administrative tasks while supporting research initiatives and events. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-level administrative support with discretion and autonomy • Act as liaison between executives and stakeholders for smooth communication • Manage calendars and travel arrangements across time zones • Organize executive meetings, managing agendas and minutes • Prepare bilingual correspondence, presentations, and reports Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field • Minimum five years of executive-level support experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools • Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities • Strong communication skills in both French and English Become a pivotal part of RI-MUHC’s leadership and research efforts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
