Support the Executive Director and Chief Scientific Officer at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre. This hybrid role involves high-level administrative responsibilities in Montreal's vibrant research setting. As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Office while managing complex administrative tasks.
Your expertise will be key in maintaining communication between leadership and stakeholders while overseeing daily office functions. Skills in organizing meetings, providing support for projects, and supervising administrative staff are crucial for this role.
