️ Golden Sands Construction LLP We're HiringEXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Margao, South Goa Full-Time, On-SiteWe're a luxury real estate company based in South Goa, Goa, India, looking for a sharp, self-driven, and highly organised Executive Assistant to take complete ownership across our operations.You will be a key decision-maker, the single point of contact across departments, and the person our Managing Partner and senior leadership rely on to keep things running every single day.Gist of what you'll be doing: ️ General Administration Manage calls, emails, office supplies, utility payments, and a wide variety of one-off tasks from setting up internet connections to overseeing office interior projects. Human Resources Handle end-to-end recruitment for office and maintenance staff, manage attendance and payroll inputs, and resolve grievances before they escalate. Client & Association Management Be the face of the company to clients- listen, resolve, follow up on payments, and build lasting trust-based relationships across all managed sites. ️ Executive Travel Management Research and book flights and hotels, manage visas, coordinate check-ins and cancellations, and ensure every trip runs without a hitch.

Marketing Support Coordinate with brokers and the sales team to support the marketing team in closing property deals and keeping the sales process moving. ️ Government Liaison & Compliance Research procedures, prepare and submit files for licenses, NOCs and approvals, handle inspections, meet deadlines, and push through even when files get challenged or rejected. ️ Legal Coordination Work with lawyers on agreements, registrations, and legal instruments- draft, review, coordinate signatures, and manage the full lifecycle from draft to executed document.You're the right fit if you: Have 10+ years in administration, operations, or office management Communicate confidently in English (Konkani/Hindi is a plus) Are calm under pressure with strong follow-through Are based in Goa or willing to relocate (we do not provide accommodation for this role)What we offer: High-impact role with true ownership across all functions Direct reporting to the Managing Director Competitive salary based on experience Medical insurance Please Note: The responsibilities listed above will be divided between two individuals.
