We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) to support our CEO and senior leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and excels in cross-cultural communication. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide full administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordinationAct as a bridge between Mandarin and English/Indonesian, translating documents, emails, and conversationsPrepare reports, presentations, and correspondenceServe as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersMaintain confidentiality of sensitive information with high discretionSupport company events, meetings, and special projectsHandle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management RequirementsBachelor’s degree (S1) in any field (preferably Business Administration, Communication, or related)Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatoryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsProactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
