High Net Worth Underwriting Sr. Executive

Job Description:Assess and underwrite new insurance applications by evaluating medical, financial, occupational, and lifestyle risks in accordance with defined SLAs.Coordinate with reinsurance for HNW & facultative caseEnsure proper case logging, monitoring, and closure in the system.Deliver clear and accurate decisions to customers and stakeholders as regulated.Maintain effective communication and strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Support leader on providing data, information and document related with related cases Job Requirements:Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. Majoring in Insurance, Medical, or Health background will be an advantage.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Underwriting Individual & Health, preferably in the insurance company.Understand Financial Underwrting & Facultative processFluent in English both written & verbalExcellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.Ability to work cross functionally and coordinate with multiple departments.Understand Medical UnderwritingUnderstand Financial Underwrting & Facultative processHigh integrity and adherence to confidentiality and conflict of interest standards.Has good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill.Has principle insurance knowledge.Has good excel skill.Adaptable to changes (not limited to role, regulation and function)
