Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant, based in Richmond Hill, ON.
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling day‑to‑day tasks, following up with permits, liaison between team members and company contacts. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, clear communication, prioritizing competing demands, and proactively supporting the leadership team to enable organizational success. Qualifications Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance Executive Support, including scheduling and meeting coordination Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to professionalism and clarity Self‑motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment At least 2-3 years of relevant experience; familiarity with supporting senior leadership is an asset Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
