Our client is a fast-moving, founder-led company is looking for a an exceptional Executive Assistant to be the right hand to their CEO. This is a high-impact, high-trust role - you'll sit at the centre of the business, keeping things running smoothly so the CEO can stay focused on what matters most. This isn't a traditional EA role.
The team moves fast, priorities shift, and no two days look the same. They're looking for someone who thrives in that environment - proactive, composed, and always two steps ahead. Calendar & Schedule Management Own the CEO’s calendar end-to-end — prioritizing, protecting, and optimizing their time Coordinate complex internal and external meetings across multiple time zones Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them before they become problems Prepare daily briefings so the CEO walks into every meeting ready Travel & Logistics Plan and book all domestic and international travel Build detailed itineraries with all the context needed for a productive trip Manage changes, cancellations, and last-minute pivots calmly and efficiently Executive Support Draft and manage communications on behalf of the CEO - emails, follow-ups, updates Prepare decks, briefing notes, agendas, and materials for meetings and offsites Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to keep things moving Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion at all times Operations & Office Keep the office running smoothly — supplies, vendors, facilities, day-to-day admin Support onboarding of new team members and coordinate internal events Identify gaps in how things operate and take ownership of fixing them Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and visitors WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 3–6+ years of EA experience supporting a C-suite executive, founder, or CEO Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growth environment Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills
