Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the PRESIDENT/CEO of our new Denovo Financial Institution. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who can work independently and demonstrate a high level of initiative. Executive Assistant To The CEO Duties And Responsibilities Manage calendar, ensuring that all deadlines and commitments are met Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence for the CEO Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the CEO and other C-Suite members as directed Coordinate communication between the PRESIDENT/CEO and other C-Suite members Manage the CEO’s expenses and budget Maintain contact list Assist the PRESIDENT/CEO in loan and deposit generation by handling administrative and documentation duties as directed Assist other team members as directed by the PRESIDENT/CEO Act as liaison to the Board of Directors and ensure that all BOARD members are informed as directed by the PRESIDENT/CEO Executive Assistant To The CEO Requirements And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 5+ years of executive assistant experience or equivalent experience Experience in loan documentation preparation and understanding of basic financial statement principles preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Experience in a financial institution setting desirable but not required Experience on Jack Henry banking core system is a plus Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently Nola Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
