Executive Headteacher A growing, close-knit group of specialist, independent schools are seeking a dynamic Executive Headteacher, overseeing the running of a portfolio of SEMH provisions. This is a rare opportunity to provide strategic oversight and operational support across the group of 6 (soon to be more) provisions. You will develop and mentor senior leaders within individual sites, and ensure the group are closely aligned with the best interests of the students at heart. Person specification: QTS/QTLS (or equivalent) Significant, successful leadership experience as Headteacher, Exec/Regional/MAT-wide Leadership Strong SEND/SEMH specialist education experience Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, QA, school improvement, inspection frameworks etc. Ability to work across multiple close-together sites within Greater Manchester, with Head Office as your base Job specification: Executive Headteacher – full-time, permanent Oversee a small group of close-knit, independent specialist provisions Provide strategic oversight, QA, compliance, school improvement and operational support Mentor/develop single-site leaders and hold them accountable for key outcomes and standards Ensure the sites are well-aligned and work cohesively together to provide excellent education for all students Salary £60-68k (not pro rata) It is an exciting time to join the company as they continue to grow and develop their education offer.
