Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize competing deadlines, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
Experience : 5+ years
Qualification: Graduation
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the executive team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling domestic and international travel arrangements.Communication: Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as required. Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.Document Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital files.Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events, including conferences, team building activities, and executive off-sites.Project Support: Assist with special projects and provide administrative support for ongoing company initiatives as directed by the executive team.Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion, maintaining the highest level of professionalism in all tasks.
