About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President for Insurance Operations to spearhead the strategic growth and market expansion of its global insurance enterprise. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the insurance strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding international programs. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in commercial property and casualty insurance, particularly in the areas of accident and health, trip/travel, and professional liability.
The EVP will also be tasked with strengthening critical carrier and partner relationships, influencing enterprise priorities, and ensuring operational excellence across underwriting, claims, and compliance functions. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' senior executive leadership experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on the specified areas, and a deep expertise in insurance program administration. The role requires extensive experience in leading complex, multi-entity organizations, and a strong background in international insurance programs, global distribution models, and managing carrier and reinsurer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree being preferred, and relevant insurance or risk management designations are a plus. The EVP will also be expected to engage with regulators, industry partners, and global stakeholders to enhance market presence and support brand impact, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
