We take pride in our workmanship, customer service, and team-oriented culture.*Position Overview*We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, andservice HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and capable oftroubleshooting a wide variety of heating and cooling systems while delivering outstandingservice.Responsibilities*  Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems*  Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment*  Troubleshoot furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related* systems*  Identify and recommend repair or replacement options to customers*  Complete service calls efficiently and professionally*  Maintain accurate service records and job documentation*  Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations*  Participate in an on-call rotation as needed*  Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment* Qualifications*  Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience*  Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills*  Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems*  EPA Certification required or ability to obtain promptly*  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record*  Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively*  Excellent customer service and communication skills*  Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments and weather conditions* Preferred Qualifications*  NATE Certification*  Experience xkmhxrz with heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and high-efficiency systems*  Experience with HVAC software and mobile service applicationsBenefits*  Competitive pay*  Paid holidays and vacation*  Company vehicle (if applicable)*  Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities*  Supportive team environment*  401K*  Health and Dental InsuranceTo Apply:Please send your resume to and or call(6 for more information.Pay: Up to $45.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time offWork Location: In person
