Responsibilities:

Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members, coordinate patient care across departments, and perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values.

Key Duties:

Work in a dynamic Emergency Trauma Center, a Level 1 Trauma and Stroke center, with specialized units including Pediatric ED, Behavioral Health, and SANE Program. Participate in a nursing fellowship to enhance skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate of an approved nursing school, current RN licensure in Missouri, hospital experience (preferably in Emergency Dept), and required certifications such as AHA Healthcare Provider, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC within specified timeframes.
