Job descriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects from planning to final handover.Coordinate with design, production, procurement, site execution, and client teams for smooth project delivery.Prepare project schedules, monitor timelines, and ensure completion within the planned deadline.Supervise site activities including steel erection, roofing, cladding, and structural installation works.Ensure effective manpower planning, material availability, and equipment coordination at site.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures at project sites.Track project costs, billing status, and work progress to ensure budget control.Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and site records.Ensure successful project completion with customer satisfaction and quality delivery.

Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in PEB / Structural Steel / Industrial Building Projects.Strong knowledge of steel construction, erection activities, and project coordination.Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle projects and site teams efficiently.
