A leading UK professional services organisation is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of its Bristol office. This is a varied, hands-on role covering facilities management, mailroom operations, office support, health & safety administration, archiving, maintenance coordination and general workplace services. Key Responsibilities Manage daily mailroom activities Provide stationery and office support services Assist with document production and reprographics Order office supplies and consumables Coordinate maintenance and repair requests Monitor cleaning standards and workplace presentation Support office moves and facilities projects Manage storage, recycling and kitchen facilities Conduct health & safety inductions for new starters Travel occasionally to support other office locations About You Previous experience in facilities, office support or customer service Strong organisational skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment Experience within legal or professional services environments would be advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
