Will you make an impact with your desire to win?We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at our Wimpole Street office. This is a varied and hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment and delivering a first-class workplace experience.As a key member of our Facilities team, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for employees, visitors, and contractors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within Facilities, with scope to build your skills across multiple areas.
Key responsibilities will include:Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house serviceCoordinating planned and reactive maintenance with third-party contractorsManaging site access, visitor requests, and bookingsSupporting the delivery of events and staff engagement activitiesEnsuring all activities are compliant with QESH (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) standards (training provided)Collaborating closely with the wider Facilities team to support operational needs Skills & Essentials:Experienced in a customer service or administrative support role, ideally within a corporate environmentHighly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skillsA confident communicator, able to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levelsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)Flexible and adaptable, with a team-oriented approachPassionate about delivering excellent service and creating a positive workplace experience Please note this is a 5 days per week on site role.
