Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, vendor coordination, and employee travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling office infrastructure, procurement, and corporate travel bookings while ensuring smooth operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily administrative operations of the officeManage office supplies, asset inventory, and procurementEnsure proper maintenance of office infrastructureCoordinate with vendors for office upkeep (housekeeping, security, internet, repairs, etc.)Ensure smooth functioning of all workplace facilitiesManage seating arrangements and office space allocationHandle maintenance contracts (AMC) and service schedulesIdentify and onboard vendors for various servicesNegotiate pricing, service agreements, and contractsArrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transport)Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and reschedulingPrepare travel itineraries and coordinate approvalsMaintain records of invoices, contracts, and admin-related documentsGenerate MIS reports for administration and facilitiesProvide administrative support to employees and leadershipWork closely with HR and Finance for reimbursements and approvals Required Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProblem-solving and time managementMS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Qualification:Bachelor's degree in any discipline
