The selected candidate will work for Stony Brook University's Department of Family, Population and Preventive Medicine as a full-time, patient focused clinician in an ambulatory Patient Centered Medical Home setting that is collegial and team based.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
• DEA Certification or eligibility
• Board Certified or eligible in Family Medicine
• New York State Licensed or eligible
• Graduate of an Accredited Family Medicine Residency Training Program

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three or more years primary care experience
• Experience working in a patient centered medical home environment
• Interest in teaching residents and medical students
