Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Family Medicine

• Clinic hours Monday- Friday, 8 am-5 pm (Hours may vary)
• State of the art Outpatient Centers (varying by location) which include Urgent Care, Radiology, Lab Services, Internal/Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Specialty.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Program - Required
• RN Registered Nursing - CA Board of Nursing - Requiredand
• NP Registered Nurse Practitioner - CA Board of Registered Nursing - Requiredand
• NP-F Registered Nurse Practitioner Furnishing - CA Board of Registered Nursing - Requiredand
• Family Nurse Practitioner - ANCC American Nurses Credentialing Center - Requiredor
• NP Nurse Practitioner - AANP American Association of Nurse Practitioners - Required
• BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required
• 3 years' experience as a NP in a primary care setting
• Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant Program - Required
• NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants - Required
• BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required
• 3 years' experience as a PA in a primary care setting
