Start date May 18th or as soon as credentialedMonth to Month with the option to extend(Jefferson County, Franklin County, St. Louis County)Position Highlights:Full-time only (40 hours/week) Monday Friday8 am-5 pm with a 1-hour lunchOne-hour lunch break includedEquipment will be mailed out and provided by the client70% telehealth, 30% Home health, will schedule home health visits within a 30-mile radius of the provided addressMUST BE COMFORTABLE SEEING PEDIATRICS AND ADULTSSchedules are released 2 3 weeks in advance, so the NP can get familiar with the patients.Paid for a full day regardless of patient volume (providers must enter availability into Salesforce to be paid for the full day)1 3 hours of paid orientation, all additional ongoing education modules are expected to be completed during downtime within working hoursMust be enrolled/Credentialed in Medicard (please highlight in submission and confirm with provider)Role Overview:For telehealth, the NP should expect 12-14 per day on their schedule. If only doing in-home visits, they should expect 6-7.
