Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related field
• Prior experience as Medical Director in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Active New York license and DEA
• Experience in post-acute, hospice, home health, or hospital medicine a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated annual earnings: $310,000 to $345,000 (fee-for-service model, uncapped)
