Field Project Coordinator

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe have an immediate opportunity for a Field Project Coordinator. This position supports telecom projects in the Bonneville County, Idaho area. The Field Project Coordinator will report to the Management Team and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following responsibilities: Responsibilities:Manage daily field operations and production reportingPlans, monitors, and report project status and performance data to management teamCoordinates crews, subcontractors, and project schedulesEnsures project deadlines are metCommunicates with customers’ utility partners, and internal team membersReviews and submits production and invoice documentationConducts field walkouts and quality control inspectionsAssists with material tracking and project closeout activitiesReviews and submits production and invoicing documentationEnsures that team goals, compliance, roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with high-performance requirements and congruent with the company's strategyRequires 80% travel to various job sites for job walks and inspections Required Skills:0-3 years' experience supporting or managing large-scale projects and knowledge of construction and utility industry practicesProficient using MS Office Suite and Vista desiredMust be able to travel to different job sites, heavy travelModerately complex problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh School Diploma requiredValid Driver’s License and clean driving record requiredMust be able to pass a drug screen and background check Excellent benefit package, company vehicle, gas card, computer, phone providedUpon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be required.Compensation based on experience.
