Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive merchant acquisition and onboarding. This is a target-driven role requiring candidates who are passionate about field sales, enjoy interacting with business owners, and can build strong relationships while expanding the company's merchant network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new merchants within the assigned territory.
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and convert prospects into active merchants.
- Manage the complete merchant onboarding process, ensuring timely documentation and activation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and onboarding targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, merchant interactions, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve merchant queries and ensure seamless onboarding.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in FMCG Sales, Fintech Sales, Merchant Acquisition, B2B Sales, or Field Marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Fixed Travel Allowance: ₹2,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: As per company policy

- This is a 100% field sales role with aggressive merchant acquisition targets.
