Job DescriptionJob Summary10-12 month contractThe Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving profitable territory growth through disciplined pipeline generation, lead development, and the expansion of existing customer relationships. This role positions McKesson Canada as a strategic partner by delivering value‑based solutions, disciplined territory management, and measurable revenue and share growth across an assigned territory.Position highlightsPerformance‑based bonus tied to territory resultsComprehensive benefits packageCar allowance to support active field coverageField‑based role with regular in‑office collaboration (1x weekly or as requested)Ownership of a defined Greater Toronto Area territorySection A- Key responsibilitiesGrowth & Account DevelopmentAchieve territory revenue targets through new independent pharmacy account generation and expansion of share within the existing customer baseWin and grow pharmacy partnerships using a clear, value‑based wholesale propositionIdentify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities, partnering with internal teams to support efficient account setup and onboardingDrive retention through ongoing, proactive account managementStakeholder, Relationship & Cross‑Functional CollaborationBuild and maintain trusted relationships with pharmacy owners and key decision‑makersAct as a consultative partner through regular customer engagement and structured business reviewsResolve service, financial, and account‑related issues by coordinating effectively with internal teamsTerritory Planning, Performance & CRM DisciplineDevelop and execute a territory plan aligned to targets, including a consistent call cadenceMonitor performance and adjust priorities, call cycles, and strategies in consultation with the Field Sales Director, based on results, performance, and market conditionsCapture market intelligence and analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunitiesPresent KPIs, territory performance, and business reviews to Field Sales leadershipBalance in‑store visits with opportunity management, follow‑ups, and issue resolutionMaintain accurate and timely CRM documentation of customer activity, opportunities, and next stepsExperience & Education· 2–3 years of field sales experience, with demonstrated success managing an assigned territory· University degree in Business or a related field· Understanding of the retail pharmacy landscape considered an asset· Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel within the assigned territorySkills & CapabilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted customer relationshipsAbility to work independently and manage priorities in a field‑based environmentStrong financial, analytical, and negotiation aptitudeHighly motivated, goal‑oriented, and results‑drivenProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and AI toolsMcKesson is an equal opportunity employer.The material contained herein is provided for informational purpose only.
