Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer | Ireland Nationwide | Permanent | €50-60k+ Our client is a global leader in the design and manufacture of processing machinery, supplying integrated packaging solutions to food, pharma and manufacturing businesses across Ireland and internationally. With a well-established Irish operation and a strong local customer base, they are now looking to add a Field Service Engineer to their team. The role A field-based position covering client sites across Ireland.

You'll be carrying out installations, commissioning, planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown response on a range of high-spec industrial packaging equipment. You'll deal directly with some of Ireland's leading food and manufacturing businesses, managing your own diary and working independently on-site. Day to day: Installation and commissioning of new equipment at customer sites Planned preventative maintenance across an established client base Reactive breakdown callouts fault-finding and repair on-site Technical support and customer liaison Accurate service reporting and documentation What we're looking for Electrical or mechanical trade qualification or engineering degree Field service or maintenance experience on industrial machinery or production equipment Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting ability Comfortable dealing with customers professionally on-site Self-motivated able to manage your own workload independently Full clean driving licence essential Flexibility for occasional early starts, late finishes and weekend cover What's on offer Competitive base salary DOE Company car, tools, laptop and phone Contributory pension Ongoing technical training and manufacturer support Clear progression path within a growing team Location: Nationwide This is a confidential vacancy being handled exclusively by Talent Curve Recruitment.
