Job Description:1. After sales service and supportCustomer Consultation Response: Timely respond to technical inquiries from overseas customers regarding the power system and provide professional answers.Problem analysis and diagnosis: Conduct a preliminary analysis of the after-sales issues reported by customers to identify the root cause of the malfunction.Solution provision: Provide feasible solutions based on the type of problem (such as remote guidance, on-site maintenance, spare parts replacement).2. Technical support and troubleshootingComplex troubleshooting: Provide in-depth technical support for complex technical issues such as remote diagnosis and on-site troubleshooting.Maintenance Technology Analysis: Guide or assist customers/local teams in completing repairs and provide technical analysis reports.Maintenance progress tracking: Coordinate internal resources (such as spare parts, technical documents) to ensure maintenance efficiency, and provide regular updates to customers.3.

Customer feedback collection and product improvementProblem Summary and Analysis: Systematically compile common issues reported by customers and analyze their root causes (such as design defects, operating environment).Improvement suggestion: Collaborate with the R&D department to propose product optimization solutions or customization suggestions.4. Customer maintenance supportDevelopment of training materials: Develop training materials for power system maintenance, such as operation manuals and troubleshooting guides.Implement follow-up and feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of activities, collect customer feedback, and optimize follow-up services. Mandatory Requirements:1.

Jakarta or a resident of a surrounding city;2. Able to drive and holds a valid driver's license;3. Possesses knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems and has hands-on repair experience;4.

Has experience in relevant industries, such as heavy machinery or electric vehicles.
