We’re looking for an Administration Officer to manage subcontractor invoicing and support finance operations in a fast-paced environment. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of subcontractor invoices , managing records, and supporting internal and external stakeholders with administrative and finance-related queries. Key Responsibilities Process subcontractor invoices as per agreed cost structures Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies Reconcile subcontractor payments, credits, and accruals Maintain documentation, including scanning, verification, and archiving Handle internal and external email enquiries efficiently Liaise with subcontractors and build strong vendor relationships Support finance team with reporting, costing, and data accuracy Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Additional certifications in Accounting, ERP, Finance systems will be an advantage Key Skills & Experience 1–2 years of experience in invoice processing / accounts payable / admin operations Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting software High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure Self-driven with a collaborative mindset What Success Looks Like Accurate and timely invoice processing Strong documentation and database integrity Efficient handling of vendor and internal queries Why Join Us?
