About the Role : We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in core finance and accounting operations. Prior exposure to the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries. • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports. • Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support business decisions. • Monitor and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts and intercompany transactions. • Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements. • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and provisions. • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required. • Maintain compliance with GST/VAT, TDS and other applicable tax regulations. • Work closely with operations and procurement teams for PO matching and inventory reconciliation. Required Qualifications : • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (/ BBA MBA Finance). • 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role. • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or SAP. • Good working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modelling basics).
