Finance Associate London MUST WORK WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES About the role We're looking for a talented and commercially minded Finance Associate to join our Group Finance team. This is a broad, high-impact role that sits at the heart of our financial planning and analysis function — working closely with senior leadership on everything from management reporting and budgeting to strategic projects and M&A. What you'll be doing Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting, including board and executive materials Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Analyse performance versus budget, with clear commentary for senior stakeholders Develop dashboards and reporting tools that track performance against strategic objectives Support M&A activity — financial modelling, due diligence, synergy tracking, and post-completion analysis Assist in preparing investor and stakeholder materials, including performance summaries and presentations Monitor cash flow and track future funding requirements What we're looking for Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Solid background in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel proficiency Proven experience preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts Clear communicator who can present complex analysis to non-finance audiences Self-starter who thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities Nice to have Experience in UK financial services or familiarity with regulatory capital requirements MI dashboard and data visualisation experience M&A or financial due diligence transaction experience
