As the Finance Business Partner, you'll become a trusted advisor to operational leaders across the organisation, providing financial analysis, commercial insights and strategic recommendations that support informed decision-making.
\nYou'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, balancing business partnering with financial planning, analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
\nYour responsibilities will include:

- Partner with stakeholders to provide commercial and financial advice that supports business performance \n
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans \n
- Deliver monthly reporting, KPI analysis and insightful variance commentary \n
- Develop financial models, scenario analysis and cost-benefit assessments \n
- Support investment decisions, business cases and strategic initiatives \n
- Analyse operational and financial performance to identify opportunities and risks \n
- Drive improvements across reporting, financial systems and business processes \n
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, translating financial information into practical business insights \n
You'll be commercially curious, relationship-focused and passionate about helping leaders make informed decisions.
\nYou'll also bring:

- Degree qualifications in Accounting or Finance \n
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion \n
- Previous experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting \n
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills \n
- Experience partnering with operational stakeholders and influencing decision making \n
- Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems and reporting tools \n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information \n

- Experience within not-for-profit, healthcare, aged care or government-funded environments \n
- Experience working across multiple business units or complex organisations \n
