This role serves as the operational backbone of the finance function and a key partner in driving disciplined execution of the company’s financial strategy. e are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead the day-to-day financial operations of a growing multi-brand QSR organization. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, supporting operational performance, and driving financial planning initiatives across multiple entities and brands.The ideal candidate is a hands-on finance leader with strong accounting expertise, operational awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations & ReportingOversee all accounting functions including:General ledgerAccounts payable and receivablePayrollMonthly close processesPrepare timely and accurate consolidated financial statements across multiple entities and brandsManage intercompany accounting and reconciliationsBudgeting, Forecasting & Financial AnalysisLead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processesDevelop and maintain financial models to support business decisionsConduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadershipOperational Finance & Business SupportPartner with Operations and Development teams to monitor:Store-level performanceMarginsCost structuresSupport capital expenditure tracking, including:New store developmentRemodelsEquipment investmentsAnalyze labor, food costs, and sales mix profitabilityInternal Controls & ComplianceEstablish and maintain strong internal controls and accounting proceduresEnsure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and franchise reporting requirementsCoordinate external audits and tax filingsCash Flow & Treasury ManagementOversee cash flow planning and working capital managementManage banking relationships and financing needsSystems & Process ImprovementLead implementation and optimization of ERP systems, POS integrations, and reporting toolsDrive automation and process improvementsDevelop standardized dashboards and KPI reportingLeadership & CollaborationManage and develop the accounting and finance teamEstablish accountability and performance standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and development teamsSupport executive leadership with financial reporting and strategic initiativesRequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field requiredMBA or Master’s degree preferredCPA certification preferredExperience7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experiencePrevious leadership experience within finance/accounting departmentsExperience in multi-entity or multi-brand organizations requiredQSR, restaurant, retail, franchise, or hospitality industry experience preferredTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of:GAAP accounting principlesFinancial reportingBudgeting and forecastingCash flow managementInternal controlsExperience with ERP systems, POS integrations, and financial reporting toolsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skillsSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Details: $0.01 per hour
