About the Role
This role involves assisting investors by addressing their queries, requests, and concerns through inbound calls and in-person desk support. The position requires excellent English communication skills, accuracy, and a strong customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Handle investor servicing through inbound telephone calls and walk-in queries.
- Provide correct and complete responses to avoid repeat queries.
- Coordinate and track Demand Draft (DD) request processes with the internal Client Relations team.
- Maintain professional and clear communication across all interactions.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate (Commerce preferred)
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (must).
- Good verbal and written communication ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, email handling).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Strong customer-handling ability and attention to detail.
