Job Description
Job Title: Finance Manager – Group Operations Location: Kerala, India About the Role We are seeking a highly disciplined and trustworthy Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting and operational financial controls across multiple business entities, including healthcare, real estate, fuel stations, gas distribution, and retail operations. The Finance Manager will act as the direct financial representative of the Owner and will be responsible for collecting, verifying, consolidating, and reporting financial information from all business units on a daily basis. This role requires exceptional integrity, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Owner based in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities • Collect daily financial and operational data from all business entities. • Consolidate reports from hospitals, real estate operations, fuel stations, gas agencies, supermarkets, and other group businesses. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports. • Monitor sales, expenses, cash collections, deposits, receivables, and payables. • Verify financial information received from various business units and identify discrepancies. • Ensure compliance with reporting formats and procedures established by the Owner. • Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information. • Coordinate with accountants, managers, and external consultants as required. • Conduct periodic visits to business locations when necessary. • Immediately report any unusual transactions, financial irregularities, or operational concerns. • Assist in implementing financial controls and improving reporting systems. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or business administration preferred. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • High level of honesty, accountability, and professionalism. • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. • Willingness to travel between business locations when required. • Must be capable of following instructions accurately and meeting reporting deadlines consistently.
Preferred Qualities • Experience managing reports from multiple business units. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with retail, healthcare, fuel, gas, or real estate operations is an advantage. • Ability to establish systems and improve reporting efficiency.
