About the company

A successful and growing business in the Ballymena area are seeking a Finance Manager to join their growing team. This role will involve working as part of a strong finance team, supporting senior stakeholders and overseeing finance staff. An ideal opportunity for a Qualified Accountant with 3+ years experience seeking their next step as part of an NI success story.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing the finance team
• Oversight of financial control and reporting
• Managing and developing finance staff
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Business partnering with commercial teams
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Excellent IT skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Leadership skills
