The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health and growth of the company by developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities also include performing financial forecasting, analyzing business performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing recommendations to drive financial growth and efficiency. Qualifications Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting skills Proficiency in financial modeling, cash flow management, and financial reporting Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accounting standards Experience with financial software and tools commonly used in the industry Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation is an asset Experience in real estate development or a related sector is strongly preferred
