Role Overview:

We are seeking a Finance Manager with 2–3 years of experience who can manage financial planning, reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor cash flow and ensure financial stability
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Handle payroll coordination and expense tracking
• Support audits and maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with management for strategic financial planning

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
