Join our engineering firm as a Finance Manager to optimize accounting operations and supervise project financials. Drive financial planning and reporting initiatives. As the Finance Manager reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, your role is crucial in managing day-to-day accounting and payroll functions.
In addition to typical financial management tasks, you will collaborate closely with project managers, ensuring accurate project budgeting and financial tracking. Your ability to generate insightful financial reports will guide internal stakeholders in decision-making. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee accounting operations, including payroll and expense tracking • Reconcile general ledger and project finances accurately • Produce financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders • Support budgeting and forecasting activities • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field • CPA certification preferred or in progress • 5-7 years in a comparable role • Experience with accounting systems and business planning • Excellent communication and organizational skills Shape the financial landscape of our engineering projects through effective oversight and reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
