Finance Manager / Financial Analyst
Good Health Company is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to manage financial operations while generating insights that support business decisions. This role sits at the intersection of finance operations, compliance, and financial analysis , working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes and accurate reporting.
Location: Hyderabad
Work Type: On-site (6 days/week)
Compensation: Depending on experience and interviews (No bar for exceptional candidates)
What You’ll Do:
• Manage payment trackers, review invoices, and resolve discrepancies including credit notes and duplicate invoices
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure adherence to finance SOPs
• Track remittances, maintain ledgers, and ensure timely credit of payments
• Ensure timely invoice submissions and financial documentation across teams
• Oversee GST compliance including filings, reconciliations, and documentation
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial summaries, and performance dashboards
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and working capital trends to identify improvement opportunities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Coordinate with operations, compliance, and data teams to resolve financial data gaps
• Continuously improve finance processes and implement stronger financial controls.
What We’re Looking For:
• MBA in Finance / CA / CA-Inter / CMA with 3–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
• Strong experience with GST compliance, filings, and reconciliations
• Experience in finance operations, accounts receivable/payables, and financial reporting
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, financial analysis)
• Ability to build MIS reports and financial dashboards
• Experience in D2C, consumer brands, or startup environments is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills
