Finance Officer required to start immediately working with our client the WHSCT, this post will be based in Tyrone and Fermanagh hospital, Omagh. This post is required for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, and this will be paid at a rate of £14.06 per hour.
The main duties of this role will be: Process and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with the Trusts financial procedures Manage the processing of invoices, purchase orders, journals, and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and timely completion To facilitate the collection and payment service for service users To support the management of the Direct Payments system including setting up payment schedules, monitoring, maintaining and liaising with users and staff in relation to Direct Payments What We Need From You: Successful applicants must be CCAB Part qualified or equivalent, or hold a University degree in either Financing, accounting, or Business 1 year experience in a finance role Alternatively, 4 years experience in a finance role What We Will Offer You: Weekly Pay Inclusion into our company pension scheme Opportunity to work in the Public sector The Next Steps: Contact Steven McGinn at First Choice Email your CV via the link First Choice is an equal opportunities employer WHJS1_NI
