The role involves handling invoices, reconciliations, expense tracking, MIS support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in finance within a fast-growing company environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day accounting and finance operationsProcess vendor invoices, reimbursements, and payment trackingMaintain records of expenses, bills, and financial documentsSupport bank reconciliations and ledger maintenanceAssist in preparing MIS reports and monthly finance summariesCoordinate with internal teams for invoice collection and documentationSupport GST, TDS, and compliance-related documentationEnsure proper filing and organization of finance recordsHelp in tracking budgets and operational expensesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related fieldMin 3 years of experience in finance/accounts roles or internshipsBasic understanding of accounting principles and finance processesFamiliarity with Excel/Google Sheets and accounting softwareGood attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and coordination abilitiesPreferred SkillsKnowledge of Tally or Zoho Books is a plusComfortable working with numbers and dataAbility to manage timelines and multiple tasks efficientlyEagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
