Financial Accounting Manager (CPA) Salary:$130,000-160,000 Location: Daily on-site in Long Island City (LIC)

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Accounting Manager: - Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP - Manage bank reporting requirements and loan covenant compliance - Oversee fixed assets, equipment financing, and depreciation schedules - Coordinate financial statement audits, tax audits, and regulatory reviews - Monitor work-in-process schedules and percentage-of-completion accounting - Support month-end/year-end close and financial reporting initiatives
Qualifications for the Financial Accounting Manager: - CPA required - 5+ years of public accounting experience - Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP - Construction accounting experience (WIP & percentage-of-completion) preferred - Experience with audits, tax filings, and bank covenant compliance - Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
