Duration: 6 Months (Extension & Conversion possible based on performance and business needs) Schedule: Hybrid 4 Days Onsite Job Description: • We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support back-office transaction processing within a leading financial institution. • The role involves reviewing, validating, and processing financial transfers while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and service level agreements. • The candidate will work independently on assigned workloads, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to operational efficiency and customer experience excellence. Responsibilities: • Review and verify transfer documentation for accuracy and completeness • Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and communicate with internal partners for timely resolution • Process financial transactions while adhering to SLA timelines and quality standards • Maintain operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements • Participate in daily team touchpoints and workflow distribution • Escalate risks, issues, or process gaps appropriately • Support continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to evolving processes and technologies • Ensure high accuracy levels in all transactions and data handling • Provide subject matter support to internal stakeholders when required Experience: • 2–4 years of experience in banking or financial institutions • Prior experience in transaction processing, transfer handling, or trade processing roles • Exposure to financial products such as loans, deposits, swaps, forwards, or similar instruments is preferred • Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments Skillsets: • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Ability to manage transactions and financial data with high accuracy • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Adaptability to changing systems, processes, and technologies • Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and financial products (RRSPs, mutual funds – good to have) Advanced Excel skills such as Macros Education: University graduate in Business, Finance, or a related field Additional Qualifications: • Strong understanding of operational risk and compliance frameworks • Ability to handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
