The ideal candidate should possess strong financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in expense monitoring, cost analysis, and financial reporting.The candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plansConduct monthly expense analysis and identify cost-saving opportunitiesPerform detailed cost analysis, variance analysis, and profitability analysisAnalyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and marginsTrack operational and departmental expenses against budgetPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsSupport management with financial insights, trend analysis, and business recommendationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders for budgeting and forecasting activitiesEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reportingAssist in month-end closing activities and financial reconciliationsMonitor KPIs and prepare dashboards for leadership reviewSupport audit and compliance requirements when neededIdentify process improvement opportunities and drive financial reporting automationRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Corporate FinanceStrong experience in budgeting, forecasting, expense analysis, and cost analysisGood understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (US GAAP).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracyPreferred Qualifications• Master's degree in Finance or a related discipline is preferred.Key CompetenciesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Budget ManagementForecasting & Variance AnalysisCost Control & Expense ManagementBusiness & Financial ReportingStrategic Financial AnalysisStakeholder Management
