Financial Analyst Location: London, Ontario – Head Office. Full Time, Permanent. Working hours: Monday‑Friday9:00am‑5:00pm – 37.5hrs per week.Salary: $60,000–$75,000per year (salaried).
This role supports the financial reporting of our branch operations across Ontario within the Corporate Finance Department. Company ProResp Inc. is the largest Ontario‑owned provider of home respiratory services and a member of the Trudell Medical Group. Key Responsibilities Provide financial reporting support for branch operations.
Manage multiple demands, adapt quickly to priorities, and meet deadlines. Maintain accurate, compliant accounting records and prepare reports in accordance with Accounting Standards for Private Enterprise (ASPE). Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Completion of (or actively pursuing) a professional accounting designation (CPA) is required. Minimum of two (2)years of relevant experience in an accounting role; experience in a multi‑location environment is an asset.
Experience with ASPE and Microsoft Dynamics GP is considered an asset. Strong computer skills, especially advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail, memory, and decision‑making ability. Physical & Cognitive Requirements Physically sedentary; computer work requiring frequent gross and fine dexterity in hands and neck flexion.
Cognitively requires visual and audio acuity, active listening, and English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing). Memory, attention to detail/concentration, and ability to accommodate change. Responsible decision‑making.
