Financial Controller - SwanseaWe are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Financial Controller to join the Swansea site of a major international manufacturer, reporting directly to the Global Finance Director. This is a key leadership role within the site management team, offering the opportunity to influence performance and drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment. This is an on-site role.As Financial Controller, you will take ownership of financial performance, reporting, and controls, while partnering closely with operations leaders to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
