Besins Healthcare Indonesia (Terapi hormon untuk masa depan cerah - Besins Healthcare) is looking for Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist who is responsible for end-to-end finance and accounting, preparation of annual budgeting, preparing consolidated reporting (BS, P&L, CF), rolling forecast, controlling budget and providing comprehensive financial analysis that will support the business growth and expansion plan. Also as a key leader in partnership with Supply Chain organisation in delivering its financial commitments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENTPerform the full spectrum of finance and accounting functionOversee the fiscal activities including budgeting, reporting, and auditingIdentify and address financial risks and opportunitiesBusiness partner in driving profitability with hands on attitude in handling corporate secretarial matters and legalBusiness partner with cross-functional teams for setting up and streamlining of various processesSupport preparation of information memorandum, due diligence and contact with strategic partnersEnsure compliance of internal controls and regulatory requirementsEnsure delivery of key KPIs for the market (Innovation Sales, Sales, Profits, Working capital)Lead and drive country & brand P&Ls.Partnering with marketing, global supply chain and other support functions to support decision making and driving RoI culture.Implement and maintain SOPs related to internal controlManage local tax reportingManage relationships with banks and seek cost effective solutions for cash transactionsManage working capital to ensure targets set by group are achieved (AR/cash forecast)Support Country Manager to drive business initiatives
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENTResponsible for the management of the supply chain of finished goods and hardware tracking; including demand, supply, inventory and product life cycle management, customer order processing, shipment tracking, trade compliance, travelling patient and distributor managementValidate demand forecast, review Distributor supply plan, ensure right inventory levels, and align on billing outlook plan to meet business objectivesAdhere to local regulatory requirement on product, trade and complianceBe in charge of obtaining, maintaining, and analyzing sales and inventory data from Distributors on monthly basis. Ability to extract insight, adjust shipment plan and collaborate with commercial team is critical
QUALIFICATIONS :Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required; postgraduate degree preferred Interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills to allow for mutual understanding of problems and development of cooperative solutionsProfessional qualifications such as CPA/CA is preferableExperienced in FP&A is preferableAbility to provide financial/analytical support and handle multiple tasks within an open and interactive environmentExcellent excel skills, strong analytical skills and attention to detailsStrong communication in English
