Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Join a dynamic team as a Financial Reporting Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the data analytics capabilities of the Private Credit group within the Alternative Products sector. Responsibilities Develop and enhance reporting and data infrastructure to improve analytics capabilities and support investment performance tracking. Assist in portfolio management through modeling and performance reporting, ensuring accurate and timely insights. Maintain and optimize internal performance reporting platforms, enhancing data tracking and reporting procedures.
Create regular and ad hoc portfolio reports for management and investor inquiries, boosting marketing efforts and stakeholder engagement. Support corporate development initiatives, fund marketing strategies, and respond to investor questionnaires with precise data analysis. Collaborate with investment and operations teams to troubleshoot data-related issues and improve overall data management.
Qualifications Must-Have: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Computer Science. Minimum of five years of relevant experience in financial services, management consulting, or data analytics.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial principles, including IRR and MOIC. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Nice-to-Have: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SQL and VBA Macros.
Understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and fund structures. Experience analyzing financial data from general ledgers and financial statements. Seniority level Mid-Senior level
