Financial Reporting Manager

We have partnered with a Real Estate firm in the city targeting a Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of Financial Reporting, Consolidations, and footnote discolsures
• Responsible for technical accounting research and memo writing
• Assist with finance technology system upgrades and implementations
• Work on automation efforts to financial reporting

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a combination of Audit / Consulting / Financial Reporting / Technical Accounting
• Foundation in public accounting strongly preferred
• CPA is a plus
• Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
